Somewhere between ‘How are you feeling?’ and ‘What exactly did the doctor say?’ concern can acquire a clipboard.
The questions become more specific. The audience expands. Somebody begins providing updates to somebody else, who provides updates to a third person, and before long a diagnosis has developed a communications department. Everyone means well. That is usually how the complicated problems begin.
